Acceptable Use Policy

Autohype is an AI-powered music promotion platform. Because we generate and publish short-form video content on your behalf, we have strict rules about what can and cannot be created or distributed through our service. By using Autohype, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, request, generate, or distribute through Autohype any content that is or depicts:

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, sexual solicitation, and adult-only material. Autohype does not generate or host adult content.
  • Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) in any form — real, drawn, animated, AI-generated, simulated, or implied. This is a permanent ban and will be reported to NCMEC and relevant authorities.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), deepfakes of real people in sexual contexts, or any intimate content featuring identifiable individuals without their explicit, verifiable consent.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real people (public figures, celebrities, private individuals) without their explicit written consent, including putting words in their mouths, depicting them performing actions they did not perform, or using their likeness commercially.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Violent, gory, or graphic content including but not limited to torture, animal cruelty, suicide, self-harm promotion, and shocking medical/accident imagery.
  • Illegal content including content that promotes or facilitates drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
  • Copyrighted material you don't own — music, samples, logos, video clips, or images you do not have the right to use. You must own or have a valid license for every track you upload.
  • Misinformation that causes harm, including health misinformation, election interference, or content designed to deceive voters or consumers.
  • Spam, scams, or pyramid schemes, including misleading affiliate offers, fake giveaways, get-rich-quick claims, and crypto pump-and-dump schemes.
  • Malware or technical attacks, including phishing, deceptive scripts, or content designed to compromise users' devices or accounts.

2. AI generation safeguards

Autohype uses automated content moderation on every prompt and every generated video before publishing. This includes:

  • Pre-generation prompt filtering — your channel configuration, captions, and script inputs are checked against prohibited categories before any AI generation runs.
  • Post-generation video moderation — every generated video (avatar footage, B-roll, captions, audio) is scanned via industry-standard content moderation APIs before it is queued for publishing on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts.
  • Human review queue — content flagged by automated moderation is held for human review before any publishing decision is made.
  • Persona safety guardrails — our 6 AI creator personas (Sarah, Ava, Jade, Zara, Tyler, Mia) are constrained to family-friendly lifestyle content categories (relationships, daily routines, storytime, opinions, motivation, dance). They do not generate adult, political, or harmful content.
  • Music ownership verification — at upload, we require attestation that you own or have rights to the audio. We may run audio fingerprinting against known copyrighted catalogs.

3. Account enforcement

Violations of this policy can result in:

  • Content removal — videos taken down from your channel and our systems.
  • Generation suspension — pausing new video generation while we investigate.
  • Account termination — permanent ban without refund for severe or repeated violations.
  • Reporting to authorities — for content involving minors, criminal activity, or imminent harm.

4. Reporting violations

If you encounter content generated by Autohype that violates this policy, please report it immediately to abuse@autohype.ai. We respond within 24 hours and remove confirmed violations promptly.

5. Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as we add new features and as the AI safety landscape evolves. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
